FITNESS FOR DUTY I: Employment Screen

An affordable screen to assess the physical fitness of workers and to establish a baseline. The Fitness for Duty I is administered after a contingent job offer is made. It establishes a baseline of physical fitness for all job applicants, determines suitability for physical work tasks, and helps prevent fraudulent claims, unnecessary healthcare, and needless work disability.

  • Two Square Agility Test
  • Grip Strength Test
  • Physical Activity Review
  • Report

FITNESS FOR DUTY II: Upper Extremity

A more comprehensive examination that is focused on upper extremity performance.

Includes:

  • Fitness for Duty I Tests +
  • Pinch Strength
  • Finger Dexterity
  • Manual Dexterity
  • Sitting Tolerance
  • Upper Extremity Endurance (reaching, grasping, etc.)

FITNESS FOR DUTY III: Lower Extremity

A more comprehensive examination that is focused on lower extremity performance.

Includes:

  • Fitness for Duty I Tests +
  • Balance
  • Gait
  • Standing Tolerance
  • Lower Extremity Endurance (walking, climbing, etc.)
  • Push/Pull Strength
  • Lift/Carry Strength
